  11. TimeConnect mesure the time and the cost of your communication; you simply
  12. have to configure the program with your local telecom!
  13.  
  14. This program is very simple to use: 
  15.    - ARexx support to launch or stop it;(examples of script)
  16.    - MUI interface for the configuration. (TCPrefs)
  17.    - MUI program to show and edit logfile (TCEDLog)
  18.    - documentation in guide format.
  19.  
  20. All your actions can be logged in file if you want; so the programme keep
  21. as long as you want the total cost of your communication. When you receive
  22. your telecom invoice you can edit the log file, remove all the line you
  23. don't need!

  25. You now can manage a summon of unity too!! ex in France for some people, you
  26. can have a subscription for 870 unities... and you pay only after you spend
  27. this 870 unities;

  29. This prog is now GIFWARE (or CHOCOLATEWARE :-) or 'what you what'WARE )!

  38. change 1.14 -> 1.14a
  39.   - minor bug fixed! (pb of redraw for TC window at start).
  40.     (TC.catalog is new).
  41.   - add german catalogs and prefs (see Readme.Deutschland).
  42.   - now check version of the catalogs. All must be version 2.

  44. change 1.13 -> 1.14
  45.   - there were a little problem when reloading prefs from TC!
  46. change 1.12 -> 1.13

  48.   - there was still a bug in read tooltypes sequence...
  49.     so change made in TC ,TCEDLog, TCPrefs....
  50.   - there were pbs with the gauge when TC starts iconified!
  51.   - Add a Lock on the logfile while the chrono is counting.
  52.   - change method for countind second... now can change date
  53.     so chrono knows the new time...
  54.   - Child programs send TC msgs if launch is succesfull; TC
  55.     waits for 10 sec, if unsuccesfull sends msg and becomes
  56.     valid!

  60.   - add a tooltype CLOSEGAD=HIDE|QUIT

  68.   - the program is in 3 parts: TC, TCPrefs (pref editor) , TCEDLog
  69.     (logfile editor).
  70.   - now TC looks for prefs in 'ENV:timeconnect.prefs' but you can still
  71.     precise what prefs you want to, by Tooltype (PREFS_FILE=path/file).
  72.   - add tooltypes: TCPPREFS= and TCEDLOG to reach the prog.
  73.   - add a management of an amount!
  74.   - add bubbles to help you.
  75.   - correct the english built-in file (sorry for my bad english!)
  76.   - new timeconnect.files but the old one is still recognise.

  80.   - remove usage of reqtools! now use by default the asl.library!
  81.   - modifycations of the french catalog.
  82.   - add a german catalog by Dirk Holtwick!
  83.   - add a 'total time' line in the report gad! now you can know how many
  84.     time you spend on the net :-)))) old logfiles are reconized and used
  85.     but total time isn't calculated from old file! you can to it by hand if
  86.     you want but ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE SAVED A FIRST TIME!!!!!!!

  90.   - Some changes in the french catalog: Capital letters for some menus (thank _AG_!)
  91.   - using of the tooltypes set in the .info even if TC is launched from cli; but
  92.     only if there was no arguments set in cli!
  93.   - add a prefs menu to set 'only one cost'! all unities have a same cost, only
  94.     the duration change... so you only have to set the cost one time!

  98.   for differents reasons there were sometimes blank lines in the configuration.
  99.   This is fixed in that versions! for preferences with blank lines you just have
  100.   to remove them and to save! they will disappear at the next load!

  104.   sorry for people who only paid for the first unity or after the first unity.
  105.   You couldn't set an infinite duration. Now in version 1.04 it is possible
  106.   by setting a value of -1 in duration!
  107.   The gauge usage is better too in this version!
